Event Details

Drupal For NGOs is a series of events aimed at empowering NGOs to implement and manage their websites by knowing which modules to use and how to configure them. Each event will cover a topic in detail, showcase recent projects, and feature a Drupal question and answer session.

The focus for this month is how Apache Solr can improve search and navigation for your Drupal website.

Drupal

Out of the box Drupal provides a rich toolset to manage the content and behaviour of your website, and is used by organisations such as Amnesty International, Comic Relief, Greenpeace, and Oxfam to quickly create sophisticated and scalable websites.

Drupal is also framework for rapid development, so new features can be quickly added by installing a plug in from a library of existing modules, and there is an wide range of features available.

Presentations will start at 6:30pm.
